Linus Bikes

My friend Josh and I often talk about the 'ideal' no-frills city bike. Simple, cheap, well made, and attractive. I think the Linus line of bikes comes pretty close to what we were thinking. $349 for the Roadster Classic? I've paid more for paint. With a few minor tweaks these bikes could be perfect.

ABICI is another company doing interesting things. It's too bad that their price points are so high. The last thing a city bike should be is precious.

BTW, if anyone from Canadian Tire is reading this, drop me a line. I've got some ideas about how to revamp the Supercycle brand. There is a huge opportunity to there.
